We walked in at 6pm on sat 24th july asking for B+B for a few nights.
My wife,myself and our two teenage kids all felt welcome from the minute that we walked in, with all the hotel staff making us feel right at home.
As a family would all like to give The Edwardian hotel top marks 10/10.
Looking forward to our next visit !!

Has to be recommended... The service is exceptional - friendly & accommodating without being oppresive. The guests (of which many seem to be regulars) & the staff all contribute to a warm welcoming atmosphere. The bar is reasonably priced and again welcoming - there's always something going on, all you need to do is relax & join in the fun. On top of this, the value for money is excellent - including the breakfast & evening meal which are well wrth taking advantage of.

Just home, had a great time. Malcolm is still there with his usual big welcome.

Having left a review on trip advisor I felt I should back it up with one on this page too; Recently I visited the Edwardian hotel to attend a birthday party - they allowed me to bring my little dog along for a small fee;
From the departure at heathrow airport [where we live]- the journey was horrific traffic wise, and the result was that we didnt get to the hotel until the early hours [as against 10.00 arrival time we had given reception] we were so very suprised to find a very very helpful night porter still on duty at 0230 - who very politely and kindly showed usto our rooms. Not something we have experienced at any other hotel in the ten years that we have been visiting Blackpool - and we have stayed at the Imperial, Hilton, and the Queens to name but a few.....
Whilst there my aged pup was taken very very ill - the staff were marvellous; so kind and helpful - changing our room mid week so our little pup could get as much fresh air as nec to help him breathe - the vet didnt think he would pull through the night; BUT HE DID and is still yapping and yipping about like a two year old - not a 22 year old which he is nearer to.
Several mornings we were a little late for breakfast by the time we had seen to our dog, car, etc, returned for breakfast - and the staff always rustled us up a breakfast as well as an evening meal upon request. The atmosphere is a very friendly and family orientated one, the food is good home & plain cooking just the way we like it; The result of this is that we are returning next week [minus the teny bopper pup] with our son and daughter in law for the weekend - then hoping to return to london, drop the 'kids off' and return following day with another friend for a minimum of a week - probably two - as we will be househunting in Blackpool. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel, its staff and atmosphere more than compensate for the star rating
value for money - i dont think it can b e beat! Thank you all. Lyn Perkins-Taylor and family..

my family and i came to your hotel in august last year we found it very welcoming, your staff are realy helpful and friendly. we had two great sea veiws on the top floor. The entyertainment was excelent and we will be back too see you all next year from 4 Oldhamers and 1 Londoner... (The Turner family)

After coming to this hotel for the 12th year in a row, and sometimes more than once a year, we always have a brilliant holiday..... staff always friendly and helpful, excellent rooms, we are very happy holidaymakers when we leave blackpool, after having such a good time!!! regards to you all at the edwardian karen

just spent halloween weekend at the edwardian hotel absolutely brilliant as usual realy want to thank the great staff for putting themselves out and giving up their free time to make joannes 21st birthday a good night 7 of the girls have never stayed at the hotel but they will be in future thanks all see you in january

my wife mary & i have been to the hotel twice this year & we have had a great stay each time we are comming back on nov 6 with my daughter & her family for the fireworks & another good holiday

i stayed in the edwardian hotel on a honeymoon as a gift for 3 days it was a lovely hotel and its a great view from balconys , all the staff are really friendly in there and the dj was great he does alsorts of entainment i would recommend this hotel to anyone as its best value hotel with balcony in blackpool . we are looking to go back in october for a week

I have just spent a weekend here with my brother and his wife. The staff were very friendly and the bar was reasonably priced. The cabaret was what you would expect in a decent Blackpool hotel. Would reccomend it and will probably be back later in the year.

been coming to this hotel for years now try to get there as often as possible terrific atmosphere great staff great food all of my family and friends stay here regularly wouldnt stay anywhere else.
